Life is messy. People are messy. And leadership? It's the most gloriously complicated mess of all. Within that complexity - the competing agendas, the missed cues, and the baggage we all carry, there are real moments of grace, possibility, and human connection. That's the work. I believe leadership isn't about doing more. It's about coming home to the parts of yourself you left behind and letting go of the parts that no longer serve you or the people you lead. It's about re-authoring your story, on purpose. I'm a connector of dots. I read voraciously, talk to everyone, and find patterns where others see noise. I bring that same instinct to every engagement, helping you see the through-lines in your own story, your team, and your organization. When the dots connect, things shift. People shift.
